Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related work experience.

Job Description:

Personal Assistant to President
Technical writing and editing
Responsible for document production and final submittals
Create, maintain, and distribute project list and project status spreadsheets
Maintain company calendar for project related due dates
Coordinate with staff, project managers, department heads, and principals concerning project schedules and due dates
•Prioritize projects and tasks to meet deadlines
•Prepare for and attend weekly project meetings
Assist with creating proposals and proposal cost spreadsheets
•Actively participate in project work including background research and data
compilation
•Interact with clients and regulatory personnel
•Edit, update, and contribute to the company website
Coordinate with sub consultants
•Develop and maintain relationships with clients
